Hi, five!

X-H2S is the first camera to use the powerful pairing of fifth-generation sensor and processor. The X-Trans CMOS 5 sensor boasts 26.1MP within a stacked, back-side illuminated design. Readout rates have quadrupled – and image quality really has to be seen to be believed. X-Processor 5 is twice as fast as its predecessor, delivering even more speed when it counts!

Ready to burst

What’s the outcome of all that advanced technology? High-speed burst imaging of up to 40fps in electronic shutter mode! That’s faster than any other APS-C or 35mm camera. The viewfinder will remain blackout-free and you can still rely fully on autofocus and autoexposure. A max of 140 Uncompressed RAW frames might fly by at these speeds, but should be more than enough to freeze your decisive moment.

Movie magic

This camera is a true hybrid, so whether your preference is stills or video, it’ll be right there to deliver astounding creativity. You’ll have all the resolution you need with 6.2K recording at 30P, plenty of depth with Apple ProRes, and an incredible 14+ stops of dynamic range in new F-Log2. There’s also RAW output via HDMI, 240P slow-mo and 7-stops of IBIS for handheld recording.

Stay focused

X-H2S has a mighty autofocus system to boot. Without getting too technical, an improved AF prediction algorithm delivers better subject tracking than ever – especially in Zone AF mode and challenging low-contrast conditions. Deep Learning technology has also been harnessed for accurate detection and tracking of all kinds of subjects. It’ll keep animals, vehicles and more in your sights.

By design

Fujifilm cameras are revered for their considered construction. The array of buttons and dials is both stylish and highly functional. Well, X-H2S is better than ever, with a comfortable handgrip, feather-touch shutter release and seven customisable slots on the Drive Dial. It also features rugged weather-resistance, meaning you can create wherever and whenever you want.
