We live and breathe photography at the FUJIFILM House of Photography, so we’re excited to announce our latest competition.
Throughout May and June, we invite you to show us how you see the world, by taking part in our ‘Life As You See It’ UK photography competition. Photography is the most accessible form of self-expression there is, and we’d love to explore how you see the world through your lens.
No photo is too big, too small, too weird, or too ordinary. We want you to share the bold, the beautiful and the strange moments that made you click the shutter in the first place.
Technique isn’t the main focus here — instead, we’re looking for the emotions behind your image(s), and how they are represented through the lens.
How to enter
If you’re a UK resident aged 18 or above, you can enter for free — simply submit up to five image(s), with one word that sums up what each photo means to you.
The beauty of this photography competition is that everyone has a chance to win, no matter your photography skill level. So whether you’re a complete beginner or a keen hobbyist, it’s your chance to think outside of the box and let your creativity shine.
You can submit your photographs between 1st May 2024 and 14th June 2024 for the chance to be selected and to have your image featured in our next brand video.
Your submitted photographs must be in JPEG file format with a minimum size of 4961x7016 pixels and a maximum of 10 MB. When submitting, you must provide:
- your (i.e. the photographer’s) first name;
- your last name;
- a single-word photograph title;
- confirmation that you have consent from all subjects within the photograph or mentioned in the title and/or caption for the photograph to be submitted to the competition.

What can you win?
We’ll pick at least 50 of the most engaging photos to appear in our brand video which will be premiered at the Auditorium in the FUJIFILM House of Photography. But wait — it gets better…
1st prize is a limited edition FUJIFILM X100VI digital camera!
The second and and third winning images will also receive store credit vouchers for the FUJIFILM House of Photography and will have their photographs displayed in the gallery at our London store.
- 1st prize: a limited edition FUJIFILM X100VI digital camera.
- 2nd prize: a £500 FUJIFILM House of Photography store credit voucher.
- 3rd prize: a £250 FUJIFILM House of Photography store credit voucher.
All other winners whose images are selected to feature in the video will receive an electronic voucher to be redeemed on MyFujifilm for 20 free 6x4” prints. They will also be credited accordingly within the short film.
