The whole process takes around 30 minutes. Here's what to expect:

Bring in your eligible Fujifilm gear to the store on Long Acre, Covent Garden.

One of our Fujifilm-trained technicians will carry out a thorough health check on your kit—a proper assessment of condition, function, and value.

You'll receive an instant, transparent valuation with no obligation to proceed.

If you're happy with the offer, the value is loaded onto a gift card redeemable in-store that same day against your new camera, accessories, or anything else in stock.

Trade Up FAQs

When can I come in for this service?

This all depends on staff availability, we would recommend Tuesday-Saturday between 10:00-18:00, but this is dependent on availability. If in doubt, please email services@fujifilm-hop.co.uk

Can I trade in another brand?

No, unfortunately not. right now, we only accept Fujifilm Cameras.

Do I have to accept my valuation?

No. The sale is only final once you have sold your camera to us and purchased the new one. The valuation is just for you to make your decision.

If I change my mind, can I return the new camera and buy back my old camera?

Yes. We will hold onto your old camera for 28 days, and refunds must follow our instore returns policy. After this date your old camera CANNOT be returned to you. .
