You can choose whether you'd like your camera safely dropped off at the House of Photography or delivered directly to your home. Our team will handle the shipment and every aspect of the process with the utmost care.

Our Quick Maintenance Service provides a same-day refresh for X Series, GFX, and fixed lens cameras — covering exterior cleaning, sensor care, and firmware updates.All maintenance services are carried out in our dedicated Service Centre, located in the basement GFX Lounge at the House of Photography. This space is fully equipped for camera and lens care, and all work is performed by our in-store staff who are specially trained to handle Fujifilm equipment with precision and care.

Whether you're visiting for a sensor clean or firmware update, our friendly and knowledgeable team is on hand to guide you through the process and answer any questions. Same-day service is typically available for equipment checked in between 11:00 and 16:00, subject to in-store team availability. While we strive to provide a quick and convenient turnaround, same-day service cannot be guaranteed in every instance.
