The perfect family treat for a winter’s day, our immersive wonderland is brimming with exciting opportunities for little ones and big ones alike. As the countdown to Christmas begins, we’re transforming our first floor — all 3,000 feet of it — into an enchanting festive landscape.

How to book your visit

A quick guide to help you book your visit to meet Santa and explore our winter wonderland.

Choose the time slot. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Select the drop down menu to choose how many children you would like to buy tickets for. Each booking permits two adults free of charge.

FAQs
Is there parking nearby?
The nearest car park is the Qpark in Chinatown, located on Newport Place, London, WC2H 7PU.
Where is the nearest tube stop?
Covent Garden and Leicester Square are the nearest tube stations, just a short walk from the FUJIFILM House of Photography.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible and we have an accessible lift to all floors.
How much are tickets?
Tickets cost £30 for per child, which includes two accompanying adults.
How many adults can enter with one ticket?

Each booking permits free admission for two adults. Example: for four adults, you will need to make a separate booking, within the same time slot, which will subsequently permit an additional two adults. This is to prevent sessions being overccrowded.

Are all activities and photo prints included in the ticket price?

No prints or digital files are included with the ticket, but they can be purchased via the print shop within the experience, along with a variety of other photo gifts.

How long can we stay for?
Sessions run for 30 minutes — your time includes 3 minutes to meet Santa and the rest of the time to explore and shop and the other activities. Please note that late comers will not be permitted to stay longer and that all sessions will end at the given time.
Do we need to book ahead?
We recommend booking your slot ahead of time. You won’t be able to walk in on the day.
Can I purchase additional photos with Santa?
Yes, you can purchase as many images as you like. Images can be printed or sent by to your email as digital files.
How many children are allowed per family?
Each booking is limited to a maximum of 5 children. Should your family be larger than this, we would advise making multiple bookings within the same session.
Can tourists with a non-UK card book the Grotto?
Yes, non-UK card payments can be processed manually using our till point machine in store. Please email houseofphotography@fujifilm.com to let us know.
What ages need a ticket?
Anyone under the age of 16 will need a ticket purchased if they are attending the activation. This includes meeting Santa and joining the activities. Two adults (over the age of 16) can attend each booking. If you would like more than two adults to attend, we ask that you buy an additional ticket for each additional person.
What if my child has special requirements?
Please email our team at houseofphotography@fujifilm.com to let us know of any special requirements and we will do our best to cater to each family.
Are there any toilet facilities?
No, there are no toilet faciltiies within the store but you will find some nearby.
