Are you ready to refine your creative processes? Book your place on the FUJIFILM GFX Studio Workflow and B&W Photography Masterclass, hosted by Andy Hoang at the FUJIFILM House of Photography.
This studio-based photography workshop will take place in Covent Garden in the heart of London. It’s designed for any and all photographers wishing to refine their fine art photography workflow and explore intentional black and white studio photography opportunities - all while gaining an in-depth understanding of the FUJIFILM GFX cameras.
Who will be joining you?
This insightful photography workshop will be led by Andy Hoang, a natural photography workshop leader and London and Tokyo-based commercial photographer specialising in personal narrative and fine art photography.
Andy’s photography is deeply influenced by his Vietnamese heritage and his parents’ moving refugee journey. His approach balances expressive freedom with acute self-awareness, resulting in images that feel simultaneously reflective, humble, and emotionally grounded.
Andy has a particular love for black and white fine art photography for this reason. Tone, texture, and subtle contrast play a huge role in how these sensitive feelings are portrayed through the black and white lens.
If you’d like to develop a more intentional workflow while using the FUJIFILM GFX system, Andy Hoang is the very best guide for it.
What can you expect from this masterclass?
This black and white photography masterclass centres around shooting tethered in the studio using a FUJIFILM GFX camera, while focusing on precision, tonal control, and creative decision-making.
You’ll get to observe Andy’s unique workflow and adapt it to your own, as he discusses shooting with intention, black and white photography pre-sets, and how to make live adjustments with ease. The session will then move into post-capture refinement, where Capture One grading choices for texture, depth, and clarity will be discussed.
By the end, you will understand each step of a professional fine art photography workflow.
