FUJIFILM SCHOOL LOYALTY SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between FUJIFILM Germany GmbH (herein referred to as “FUJIFILM”) and you with respect to you using the loyalty scheme for FUJIFILM School (“Loyalty Scheme”).

FUJIFILM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”) at any time. It is recommended that you review these Terms before you sign up for the Loyalty Scheme.

Please read these Terms carefully. You must comply with these Terms when accessing the Loyalty Scheme. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding legal agreement between you and FUJIFILM.

Conditions of Use

1 - Eligibility and Scope

a) The Loyalty System is open to you if you are aged 18 and over, live in the UK, and wish to attend FUJIFILM School events and/or masterclasses (“Events”).

b) You will be issued a physical loyalty card with space for eight stamps, which are awarded when you attend Events (“Loyalty Card”).

c) You are only able to have one Loyalty Card per person at a time.

2 - Earning Stamps

a) Customers receive one stamp for attending Events priced at £99 or more.

b) Customers receive two stamps for attending Events priced at £299.

c) Stamps will be applied only upon physical attendance of all Events.

d) Stamps cannot be given retrospectively if you forget your Loyalty Card.

3 - Rewards

a) After collecting four stamps on your Loyalty Card, you can participate in a photography walk for free.

b) After collecting eight stamps on your Loyalty Card, you can participate in a masterclass for free.

c) To redeem the Events in 3a) and/or 3b), you must email FUJIFILM via fujifilm_schoolUK@fujifilm.com, with the Event you would like to be booked onto, and a clear photograph of your Loyalty Card, in order for FUJIFILM to verify your entitlement to participate in the Event. FUJIFILM reserves the right to not book you onto an Event until a clear photograph of the Loyalty Card has been sent by you.

d) FUJIFILM will use reasonable endeavours to book you onto your chosen Event. However, FUJIFILM cannot guarantee availability or placement at any Event, as spaces are limited and subject to change. Event bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. FUJIFILM will work with you in good faith to book you onto the next available Event.

e) You will receive an email confirmation of the Event FUJIFILM have booked you onto. You will need to bring the Loyalty Card to every Event you attend, including any Events you attend for free through the Loyalty Scheme.

f) The Loyalty Card will be collected by FUJIFILM when you redeem your Event after collecting eight stamps, and a new Loyalty Card will be physically given to you. Loyalty Cards will only be given to you in-person at Events.

4 - Card Validity

a) Loyalty Cards have no expiry date and remain valid indefinitely.

b) Loyalty Cards must be presented physically to receive stamps.

5 - Data and Privacy

a) No personal data will be collected or stored using the Loyalty Card.

b) Personal Data will be used to book you onto an Event which you have redeemed through the Loyalty System. We will only use your Name and email address and telephone number. All personal data will be processed in accordance with all applicable Data Protection laws and regulations.

c) If, at any time, you wish for your personal data to be removed from FUJIFILM’s systems, please contact us via fujifilm_schoolUK@fujifilm.com.

6 - Loyalty Scheme Termination

a) FUJIFILM reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty System at any time without prior notice, and without incurring any liability to you.

b) In the event of 6a), FUJIFILM will honour any rewards you are entitled to redeem, provided that they are redeemed within six months of notification of the Loyalty Scheme Termination.

7 - General

a) Loyalty stamps, or Loyalty Cards, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

b) This Loyalty System cannot be combined with other promotions.

c) Loyalty Cards are non-transferable.

d) You can choose to leave the Loyalty Scheme at any time. By leaving the Loyalty Scheme, you forfeit the right to any stamps already accrued.

e) FUJIFILM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Cards. Lost Loyalty Cards will not be replaced or reissued, and any stamps on lost Loyalty Cards will be forfeited.

f) FUJIFILM shall not be liable for any losses incurred if there is no availability at the Event you wish to attend when redeeming your Loyalty Card.

g) FUJIFILM may decline, withdraw or cancel stamps collected on the Loyalty Card, and/or remove you from the Loyalty Scheme if there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the Loyalty Scheme, any breach or attempted breach of these Terms, any behaviour relating to the Loyalty Scheme or the FUJIFILM brand that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

h) To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUJIFILM exclude any liability in relation to the Loyalty Scheme, except where caused by FUJIFILM’s negligence

i) This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
