Trekstock: Are You Better Yet?

 

As part of their shared commitment to improving outcomes and enriching the lives of those facing a cancer diagnosis, Fujifilm and Trekstock Cancer Support have collaborated with photographer Michael Leckie to present 'Are You Better Yet?' – a gallery that shines a light on the often untold stories of people in their 20s, 30s and 40s, and their lives alongside cancer, whether they are facing a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, or navigating recovery.

 

Shot on the FUJIFILM GFX 100 II, these portraits by Michael Leckie authentically capture eight ambassadors who are being, or have been, supported by Trekstock Cancer Support. From skaters and marketers to physiotherapists and influencers, these individuals illustrate the breadth and diversity of those affected by cancer, the challenges they have faced, and the hope they have found along the way.

 

We invite you to follow the stories of these ambassadors as they share life as they see it - across themes such as fitness and nutrition, isolation, jobs and careers, dating, and relationships. These portraits explore the lasting impact of cancer on each individual, but more importantly, highlight the personality and interests of each ambassador. The photo diaries of each ambassador reveal the mosaic of their lives, from the unseen elements of being a cancer survivor to days spent with friends and hobbies they love.

 

Visit us from Friday 30th January 2026 to Sunday 29th March 2026, on the 1st floor of FUJIFILM House of Photography to explore stories of survivors presented through a mix of paper prints, 3D objects, and interactive activities.
