GFX Challenge Grant 2023

GFX Challenge Grant Program 2023, sponsored by Fujifilm, is a grant program designed to help aspiring creatives in bringing their imaging projects to life.

Between August 2023 to October 2023, photographers and videographers around the world were invited to submit a proposal outlining their creative ideas and production themes they would like to accomplish with the grant. The selection took place through the course of two months by a panel of esteemed judges, including Masako Sato, Lesley A. Martin, Lucille Reyboz and Yusuke Nakanishi.

The exhibition features the work of the 15 finalists which span a range of genres and touch upon various topics, such as indigenous communities, gender-based violence in South Africa, environmental issues, and under examined medical conditions.
