How to book your visit

A quick guide to help you book your visit to meet Santa and explore our winter wonderland.

Step 1.
Select the date that you want to visit.
Step 2.
Choose the time slot. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Select the drop down menu to choose how many children you would like to buy tickets for. Each booking permits two adults free of charge.

FAQs
Do I need to book ahead?
We recommend booking your slot ahead of time. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to walk in on the day.
How many children are allowed per family?
Each booking is limited to a maximum of 5 children. Should your family be larger than this, we recommend making multiple bookings within the same session.
What if my child has special requirements?
Please email our team at pbfconcessions@gmail.com to let us know of any special requirements, and we will do our best to cater to each family.
Is there parking nearby?
No, but there are lots of transport links, as our Grotto is in the centre of Birmingham.
Are all activities and photo prints included in the price?

Photo prints and digital files can be purchased via the print shop within the experience, along with a variety of other photo gifts.
