One of our most popular cameras just got better. The FUJIFILM X-T30 II shares much in common with its predecessor – but holds a few new tricks up its sleeve.
Small in size, but not light on performance, the X-T30 II is built around the latest 26.1MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and quad-core X-Processor 4. Resulting images are sharp and virtually free from moiré and false colours. Autofocus tracking of moving subjects doesn’t come much better – and all-round speed improvements over the original X-T30 put creativity at your fingertips like never before.
The number of Film Simulation modes, built using over 85 years of colour science expertise, have been expanded with the addition of CLASSIC Neg. and ETERNA BLEACH BYPASS. On a more practical front, utilise a burst of stills up to 30fps (Electronic Shutter), or push the limits of low light with a native sensitivity range of ISO 160-12,800. All of the resulting images can be easily viewed on the more detailed rear LCD touchscreen, which now features 1.68M dots.
For those wishing to go beyond stills, the X-T30 II is a highly capable video camera. Picture 4K that’s actually oversampled 6K, cinematic DCI format, colossal 240p high-speed recording, F-Log and much more!
Despite being so packed with specs, the X-T30 II remains one of Fujifilm’s most compact X Series cameras. Its physical design retains practical external controls, with easy access to fully manual operation, and aperture and shutter priority modes. In AUTO/SP, the X-T30 II selects from a variety of scene-dependent options to do the hard work for you – it truly is a camera for everybody.
